The images illustrating the solutions/equipment provided by pick-a-buy.com are provided by default by the manufacturers and are their sole responsibility. When they are our responsibility, we endeavour to ensure that they are as clear as possible of the solutions/equipment, however, some images, due to their composition and/or complexity, may not be sufficient for the Client to have a full interpretation of the reality.
Solutions/Equipment Pricing
All prices for solutions/equipment are clearly and distinctly marked. The marked prices already include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Evaluate Solutions/Equipment
All the solutions/equipment marketed by pick-a-buy.com and being available from stock, can be viewed and tested by Customers in our Showroom. To do so, an appointment can be made by contacting us.
Promotions and Opportunities
Promotions and Opportunities, when existing, are evidently and clearly identified as such in the detailed information of the solutions/equipment on the website, the price before the discount and the final price after application of the same being informed. All promotions run by pick-a-buy.com are subject to availability of products in stock. We reserve the right to cancel or alter promotions without prior notice.
Shipping and Forwarding
The shipping and dispatch of solutions/equipment to the respective purchasing Customers is carried out through a service subcontracted by pick-a-buy.com to a specialised logistics operator.
The entire process of delivery of the purchased solution/equipment to the respective Customer is the direct responsibility of the logistics operator, with pick-a-buy.com providing all the necessary support to the Customer's satisfaction.
We provide solutions/equipment delivery in Portugal, Europe and other countries, with the shipping costs varying according to the recipient's address, the volume and weight of the solution/equipment, as well as the total value of the order.
The costs involved in the shipping/shipping of any solution/equipment are clearly stated to the Customer at the time of the order, prior to the respective payment and in the sum of the total to be paid.
Returns Policy
If you have purchased a solution/equipment from pick-a-buy.com, you have 14 days to return your order.
You may do so provided that the solution/equipment corresponds to the one purchased, is in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories.
Before purchasing a solution/equipment from pick-a-buy.com, bear in mind that with regard to the Resolution of Contracts (Returns), Portuguese law * differentiates a distance purchase (online and delivered to the address via carrier) from a purchase made/picked up directly in a commercial area.
* Portuguese Law establishes a 14-day period (commonly known as the cooling-off period) for the consumer after taking physical possession of the goods, during which he/she may return the item(s) without the need to state a reason. In cases of free Contract Resolution, return postage is at the consumer's expense, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Conditions of acceptance of returns
The item returned must correspond exactly to the item purchased;
The returned item must be intact and without any usage mark/damage;
You will need to return the item together with its pristine packaging, manuals and accessories;
Together with the returned goods, you will have to enclose the invoice containing that same item;
You have 14 days to return the goods.

Important: Never dispatch the item to pick-a-buy.com without such prior contact.
Returns for Transport/Delivery Damage
Should you identify any fault or malfunction caused by the transport of the item you have ordered, please contact us via customer helpline - by our number, email or Chat.
Refund Policy
The refund is made, after the returned equipment has gone through our warehouse acceptance process, which can take from 2 to 5 working days.
Then, upon approval, we will confirm the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

DIYS (Do-it-Yourself) services
At pick-a-buy.com, we work with the system we call "Do It Yourself" (DYIS), which offers a do-it-yourself service through the information in the manuals and tutorials provided and, if you wish, our customer service.
On the pages of each solution/equipment, the respective classification of "installation complexity" is listed, which can vary between:
